Return
Fluffle offers a 14-day return policy for all purchases made on our website. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will be happy to process your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. All tags and original packaging must also be included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please proceed with returning the unwanted item and place a new order. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. All tags and original packaging must also be included.
Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchange item, as well as any price difference.
